Return and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete
customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services
provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and
proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before
buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you
purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their orders and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
- If order is processed and delivered the items won't be taken back or replaced unless there is a reaonable manufacturing issue.
- If the delivery is not executed during first attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such items.
- Please note that cancellations have to be made within 12 hours after placing an order. For cancelling your order, you will have to get in touch with us using the phone numbers provided in contact us page and giving the reference of your order number. In case we receive a cancellation notice and till that time the order has already been processed by us, the order cannot be cancelled. Vetha-s Organic has complete right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Vetha-S Organic and accept Vetha-S Organic decision regarding the cancellation.
