Usage ;-

Kuruvikar is unpolished native rice and can be used in preparation of traditional idly and dosa batter for enhanced taste. Other staple rice dishes can also be made with minimum of 12 hours soak time. This can be substituted for your white rice with your meal once in a week as porridge or mixed with your curries and curd.
